The whole system
Everything already running, module by module.
No "coming soon" and no product roadmap. If it is on this page, it works today — and where something has a limit, the limit is written next to the feature and not in a footnote.
Day to day
- Orders
- Reception with a global search, quick patient registration, editable price with permission, and the branch locked to the shift.
- Technician worklist
- What is left to process, prioritized, instead of an inbox with everything mixed together.
- Labels
- Barcode and the right container printed on the label, at 50×25 mm or on an 80 mm thermal printer.
- Appointments
- Calendar by day, week and month, with walk-in registration.
- Deliveries
- Who the result was handed to, their relationship to the patient, through which channel, and with what consent.
Result and signature
- Capture with the applied range
- The reference range in use is resolved by the patient age and sex, in days, and you can see which one was applied.
- Parameter bank
- Parameters and their ranges are maintained once and inherited by every test that uses them.
- Susceptibility testing
- The chemist captures the susceptibility matrix against the drug catalog, and the resistance panel builds itself.
- Double review and partial release
- You can release what is ready without waiting for the slow test on the same order.
- Corrections
- With a history of who, when and why, and the correction marked in the report header.
Quality
- Controlled documents
- Your laboratory procedures with their version, so an inspection finds the current one and not the one in the drawer.
- Records
- Temperatures, maintenance, controls: what gets signed on paper and lost stays here with a date and an attached file.
- Nonconformities
- What went wrong, what was done, and whether it was closed. Without this, "we already fixed it" is not demonstrable.
- An audit log that cannot be altered
- Append-only: entries are added, never deleted or edited.
And to be clear: Itzli does not certify your laboratory nor put it in compliance with any standard. That is between you and the authority. What it does is record the facts an inspection will ask you to be able to demonstrate.
Money
- Close by employee
- A drawer per cashier, counted separately by payment method, with a blind close.
- CFDI 4.0 invoicing
- Stamping and payment complements, using concepts from the official tax authority catalog.
- Credit notes
- Including the cash refund, which enters the close of the shift that took the payment.
- Expenses and recurring costs
- The cash that goes out for fuel stops being a shortfall and becomes a movement with a reason.
- Corporate accounts
- Company and insurer accounts with their own price list.
Supplies
- Opening a lot
- The primitive is "I opened this bottle", not a theoretical stock level nobody maintains.
- Expiry and coverage
- What is running out and what expires, against your real pace of work.
- GS1 receiving
- Scan the supplier barcode and reconcile against the purchase invoice.
- Lot stamped onto the result
- Which reagent lot produced which result, without anyone typing it.
Away from the front desk
- Field mode
- Twelve actions write with no signal and upload on their own, carrying the time they actually happened.
- Home collection
- Route coordination, evidence, consent, and the specimen stability clock.
- Physician portal
- The doctor who refers to you sees their own patients results, and only theirs.
- Quotes
- Front desk and marketplace, with an expiry date and no commission on the front desk ones.
Who can do what
- Your own profiles
- Each laboratory builds its own roles instead of picking from three someone else decided.
- License required to release
- Without a verified professional license number on their credential, the system will not let anyone review or release. The role permission is not enough.
- Multi-factor
- A second factor on the account, and re-authentication for actions that move money or touch patient records.
- Multi-branch
- A selector that changes the whole view, and one rule that is not negotiable: a row with no branch never disappears from a money report because of a filter.
- Encrypted personal data
- Patient personal data encrypted field by field inside the database.
What saves typing
- Reading analyzers
- The bridge reads HL7 v2 and ASTM E1394, and matches the result to the order by folio.
- Prescription OCR
- A photo of the prescription becomes the list of tests; whatever does not match falls into a tray, not into oblivion.
- Import your catalog
- A four-sheet spreadsheet — tests, parameters, ranges and prices — linked by key. Migration is free.
- Documents ready to print
- Nine documents with your logo plus an 80 mm ticket, and the report with a verifiable QR code.
To see how you are doing
- Analytics
- Revenue, most requested tests and turnaround times, with export to spreadsheet and PDF.
- Reviews
- What patients who came through the marketplace think, and your reply.
- Genuinely bilingual
- Panel, app, reports and email in Spanish and English — and the email goes out in the language of whoever RECEIVES it, not of whoever pressed the button.
- One app, three screens
- iOS, Android and browser on the same account, included from the entry plan.
What Itzli is not
- It is not an electronic health record. It stores tests and a history of results; it does not carry clinical notes, diagnoses or progress notes.
- It does not sign reports with an advanced electronic signature. It records the credential of whoever signs and stamps their name and professional license number.
- It does not certify your laboratory nor put it in compliance with any Mexican health standard.
- It does not operate home collection: we have no phlebotomists and no logistics network. It is the software you coordinate your own route with.
Let us show you with your own data
Bring your spreadsheet, we load your catalog at no cost, and you see the system with your tests and your prices. Not with a sample laboratory.
- We migrate your catalog, at no cost
- 30-day trial on your real operation
- If your cash drawer does not balance in 60 days, you do not pay
