Your analyzers do the typing. You review and sign.

The result comes off the analyzer, lands in the right order by its order number (folio), and reaches the patient signed. Nobody retypes it along the way.

Does Itzli read your analyzer?

Type the make and model. We will tell you the truth even when the answer is no.

Quick:

The whole system

Everything your laboratory already does

This is not a roadmap. It is what is built and working today.

Front desk and sample

  • Order reception and quick patient sign-up
  • Barcode labels with the right container printed on them
  • The technician worklist, prioritized
  • Laboratory appointments and walk-in registration

Result and signature

  • Result entry with the reference range for age and sex
  • Double review and partial release
  • Four signature types for the report
  • Corrections with a history of who, when and why

Analyzers

  • Reading the Mindray BC-20s and BS-240 over HL7
  • Reading the Spinreact U120s over a serial port
  • Tray for unmatched results
  • Double-click installer with your configuration already inside

See the detail →

Money

  • Cash-drawer close by branch and by employee, reconciled by payment method
  • Receipt history, reprinted on thermal receipt paper or letter size
  • Expenses, recurring expenses and credit notes
  • CFDI invoicing (Mexico’s tax invoice format), with stamping and payment complements

Supplies

  • What is running out and what expires, against your real pace
  • Cost per test
  • Goods-in with GS1 scanning and reconciliation against the CFDI
  • One-tap stock counts

Beyond the front desk

  • Home sample collection with evidence and consent
  • Referring-doctor portal and institutional agreements
  • Quotes from the front desk and from the marketplace
  • Analytics: KPIs, turnaround times and most-ordered tests

All of it runs on phone, tablet and browser with the same account. The app is included from the entry plan — it is not billed separately.

Traceability

Every result knows who signed it

Health data is sensitive personal data. Itzli treats it as such, and along the way it leaves you able to answer the uncomfortable question: who reviewed this, and under which professional license?

See what gets recorded

Signer with license number

Every release keeps a snapshot of the signer: name and professional license number exactly as they stood that day. With no verified license, the system will not let anyone review or release.

A log that cannot be altered

Append-only: entries are added, never deleted, never edited.

Delivery receipt

Who received the result, how they are related to the patient, through which channel, and under what consent.

QR-verifiable PDF

Anyone can confirm a report really came out of your laboratory, without seeing anything clinical.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

And the patient’s personal details encrypted field by field inside the database.

What this is not: Itzli does not certify your laboratory and does not put you in compliance with any standard — that is between you and the authority. What it does is record the facts those standards ask you to be able to demonstrate.

And on the other side

The catalog you already maintain can bring you patients

The tests and prices you enter to run the lab can appear in the comparison tool where patients get quotes. Nothing is published by default: you decide test by test and branch by branch.

You flip the switch

Test by test, branch by branch. Your full price list is never exposed.

The patient uploads their prescription

One photo. You answer with your price and how long it holds, and they decide.

Their order lands in your LIS

And it takes the same path as any other: worklist, review, release.

Let us be straight about this: the marketplace is the youngest part of Itzli and today it has one laboratory operating on it. Do not buy Itzli for the patients it is going to bring you — buy it because it puts your operation in order, and take the marketplace for what it is: a door that opens whenever you want it to.

What we get asked most

Before you ask

Then we tell you no. Today we read three instruments: the Mindray BC-20s, the Mindray BS-240 and the Spinreact U120s. With any other one, entering that instrument’s results stays manual — everything else in the system works the same.

We do. Bring your spreadsheet or whatever you have, and your catalog — parameters, reference ranges and prices — goes in without you typing a single row. At no cost.

No. You start with a 30-day trial on your real operation, with your data already migrated, and you decide afterwards.

You get a 60-day guarantee. If your cash drawer does not balance within that window, you do not pay.

All the questions →

Let us show you on your own analyzer

Twenty minutes. We bring the installer, connect it to your analyzer, and you watch the result land in the order by itself. If your instrument is not supported, we tell you on that call — not afterwards.

  • We migrate your catalog, at no cost
  • 30-day trial on your real operation
  • If your cash drawer does not balance in 60 days, you do not pay

No commitment. Your data is handled under Mexico’s federal data protection law (LFPDPPP).
