What nobody else does end to end
One chain, from the instrument to the patient
An ordinary LIS sorts out your back office and stops there. A chain like Chopo or Salud Digna reaches the patient, but only for itself. Excel has no chain: it has hands.
The instrument writes
The bridge reads your analyzer and uploads the result. It runs as a Windows service with an on-disk queue: if the network drops, nothing is lost.
It finds its order
By folio. Scan OL-000123 on the instrument and the result lands in that order. Whatever does not match goes to a tray, not into limbo.
Someone signs it
Releasing a result stamps the name and professional license number of whoever reviewed it. With no verified license on their credential, the system will not let them release.
It reaches the patient
A QR-verifiable PDF, with a receipt for whoever picked it up. And if the patient has an account, it shows up in their history on its own.

Traceability
Every result knows who signed it
Health data is sensitive personal data. Itzli treats it as such, and along the way it leaves you able to answer the uncomfortable question: who reviewed this, and under which professional license?
Every release keeps a snapshot of the signer: name and professional license number exactly as they stood that day. With no verified license, the system will not let anyone review or release.
Append-only: entries are added, never deleted, never edited.
Who received the result, how they are related to the patient, through which channel, and under what consent.
Anyone can confirm a report really came out of your laboratory, without seeing anything clinical.
And the patient’s personal details encrypted field by field inside the database.
