What every test you run actually costs you
Most small laboratories know what they charge and not what they spend. Itzli starts from something you already do every day — opening a bottle — and works out from there what is running out, what expires, and what it costs you.
The data point is “I opened this bottle”
We are not asking you to log microlitres per test or to build consumption recipes. You record the lot opening — one tap — and the system does the rest against your real working pace.
When you want to fine-tune it, you mark the level in the bottle on a five-position scale. No photos, no scales, no decimals to type.

It is the part nobody enjoys, and where the errors creep in that later refuse to match the invoice.
You scan the GS1 code on the box
The barcode reagents already ship with carries the lot and the expiry date. They read themselves: nothing typed, nothing transcribed off the packaging.
You upload the supplier’s CFDI
The XML of the invoice — the CFDI is Mexico’s tax invoice format. The system reads it and pulls out line items, quantities and amounts.
They get reconciled
What physically arrived against what the invoice says. Whatever does not match is flagged instead of waved through.
The cost enters by itself
The invoice gives you the cost, and the cost gives you the cost per test. The invoice never dictates how much is on the shelf — the count does that.
And the physical count
One tap, from your phone, standing in front of the shelf. Its history is kept, so you can see how stock moved between one count and the next instead of holding a single snapshot from the day somebody remembered to count.
