The bridge
Your analyzer already worked out the result. Stop retyping it.
Itzli installs a service on the laboratory’s PC that listens to your instruments, takes in every sample and drops it into the order it belongs to. You open the system and the result is already there, waiting for you to review it.
Does Itzli read your analyzer?
Type the make and model. We will tell you the truth even when the answer is no.
How the result gets from the instrument into the order
The instrument finishes the sample
And sends it out the way it already knows how: over the network for the Mindray instruments, over a USB cable for the Spinreact. Nothing on the analyzer changes beyond its output settings.
The bridge picks it up
A Windows service that starts on its own with the machine. It writes every sample to an on-disk queue before it tries to upload: if the internet drops, nothing is lost — it goes up when the connection comes back.
It gets matched by folio
If you entered the order number — the folio — on the instrument, by scanning the label or typing it, the result lands in that order by itself. It accepts the full folio, OL-000123, or just the number.
What does not match is not lost
It lands in an unassigned-results tray, with its timestamp and its instrument, so you can send it to the right order from the panel. It is never silently discarded.
The whole list, no dressing it up
Which instruments we read today
There are three. If yours is not here, we are not going to tell you to “check with us” so you can find out after you have signed.
| Instrument | Area | Connection | Status |

Installation
Double-click, and that is it
From your laboratory’s panel you download an installer that already carries your configuration inside: your token, your instruments and their addresses. Nothing to type, and no technician has to come out to edit configuration files.
It starts with the machine. If somebody shuts down the front-desk PC and turns it back on, it carries on working without anyone opening it.
You add an instrument or change its IP from the browser. The bridge picks that up in under a minute, with no reinstall.
From Devices you see which instruments are connected, when the last heartbeat came in, and you can tell them to reconnect.
On-disk queue, retries and an incident tray. A result that could not be uploaded does not disappear: it is logged for you to review.
Let us connect it in front of you
We bring the installer to your laboratory, plug it into your analyzer, and you run a sample. If your instrument is not one of the three, we tell you before we book anything.
