Migration

“So who is going to load my 400 tests?”

We are. It is the question that stalls the decision after you already like the system, so we answer it here instead of on the third call: your catalog goes in whole, you are not the one typing it, and it does not cost anything.

How your catalog goes in

The importer reads a spreadsheet with up to five sheets linked to each other by the test code. The sheet names stay in Spanish because that is the exact text the importer looks for.

Sheets in the catalog import file
SheetWhat it holds
EstudiosThe code and the name of each test. It is the only required sheet.
ParametrosThe parameters of each test, with their unit and their type — numeric, free text or a list of options.
RangosThe reference ranges, including the ones that change by age and by sex.
PreciosYour price list by branch, with the dates each price is in force.
RecipientesWhich tube or container each test is drawn into, so it prints on the label.

If all you have is a one-column CSV with the names of your tests, that works too: it is read as the Estudios sheet and the rest is filled in later. Nobody turns up with all five sheets ready, and nobody needs to.

What to expect from the process

It adds, it does not wipe

The load is an upsert: if a test already exists it is updated, and if it does not it is created. Uploading the file twice does not duplicate your catalog, and uploading it again with more columns fills in what was missing.

It tells you exactly what failed

If a row has a problem, the summary gives you the sheet, the row number and the reason in plain words. Not a generic “import error”.

You can export what you already have

The same format comes back out of the system. Useful for reviewing your catalog in Excel, fixing things in bulk and uploading it again.

Your prices are not published

Loading your price list does not make it public. Nothing shows up in the comparison tool until you flip that switch yourself, test by test.

And you do not have to drop what you use today

The way to change systems without it being frightening is not to change all at once.

01

We load your catalog

Before you start. On day one you open the system and your tests, your prices and your tubes are already in there.

02

You run 30 days in parallel

On your real operation, not on made-up data. If it does not convince you, nothing happens.

03

You balance your cash drawer

If your cash drawer does not balance within 60 days, you do not pay. That is the guarantee and it is in writing.

What we cannot migrate for you: historical results that live inside another closed system we have no access to. If your old results are in PDFs or spreadsheets, they can be stored as attachments; if they sit inside another vendor’s database, it depends on that vendor handing it over. Worth asking them for it before you move.

Send us your catalog and we will tell you how it looks

Before you commit to anything. Send us your spreadsheet, your CSV or even a photo of your price list, and we will tell you what loads on its own and what would need filling in.

  • We migrate your catalog, at no cost
  • 30-day trial on your real operation
  • If your cash drawer does not balance in 60 days, you do not pay

No commitment. Your data is handled under Mexico’s federal data protection law (LFPDPPP).
