The Spinreact U120s writes its results into your order
The U120s does not talk over the network: it delivers over a serial port. It connects with an ordinary USB cable and Windows sees it as a COM port, with nothing for you to install.
How it connects

Plug in the USB cable
From the USB-B port on the U120s to the bridge PC. The instrument carries a CH9102 chip that Windows recognizes by itself — no drivers to download.

Find out which COM port it got
In Windows Device Manager, under “Ports (COM & LPT)” — “Puertos (COM y LPT)” on a Spanish Windows. It is usually COM3 or higher.

Register the instrument in the panel
Devices → add, with serial transport, the COM number and a speed of 9600 baud.

Enter the order number (folio) on the instrument
The order’s folio in the sample identification field, the same as on the Mindray instruments.

If something does not work
And if the result arrives but does not land in the order
It goes to the unassigned-results tray, under Devices. From there you send it to the right order in two clicks. That case is almost always the folio not being entered on the instrument, or typed in differently — which is why scanning the label beats typing it.
What happens to the rest of the laboratory
Tests that do not come off this instrument are entered the way they always were, by hand, in the worklist. Connecting one analyzer does not commit you to connecting them all: every instrument you add takes work away, and the ones that are not supported do not get in the way.
